Please review the terms below carefully to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
1. Order Cancellation
Unshipped Orders
Orders that have not yet been shipped may be canceled by contacting our customer service team before shipment.
Shipped Orders
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. If you no longer need the item, please accept delivery and apply for a return in accordance with this policy.
Combined Orders
If multiple orders are placed together, each order is processed independently. Individual sub-orders cannot be canceled separately. If you wish to return specific items, please submit a separate return request for each item.
2. 30-Day Return Eligibility
You may request a return for a full refund within 30 days of receipt, provided all of the following conditions are met:
The item was purchased directly from the official Outsideert website;
The item is brand new, unused, unworn, and shows no signs of wear;
All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging are intact;
The item is clean, odor-free, and free from stains, hair, or debris;
The item is securely resealed and returned in its original packaging.
If any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return and ship the item back to you at your expense (including round-trip shipping costs).
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds Accepted When:
The return meets the 30-day return conditions listed above;
Both full-price and discounted items are eligible (yes, sale items can be returned);
The item is returned due to incorrect size, color, or style;
The item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
Refunds Not Accepted When:
The return request is submitted after the 30-day return window;
The item has been washed, damaged, or is missing original packaging or tags;
A return request was not submitted in advance;
Force majeure events (such as natural disasters or public health emergencies) result in logistics suspension or product damage where responsibility cannot be verified
(special cases may be reviewed by contacting customer service).
Special Note:
Discounted items are eligible for full refunds as long as all return conditions are met.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Quality issues, shipping damage, or incorrect items:
Return shipping is free of charge.
Returns for personal reasons (e.g., size or preference):
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges due to quality issues or incorrect shipment:
We cover all shipping costs (return and replacement).
Exchanges for personal reasons:
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement item at no additional charge.
All exchanges must be initiated by submitting a return request. Please clearly indicate “Exchange” and specify the desired replacement item in the remarks.
6. How to Return an Item
Submit a Return Request
Log in to your account, go to “My Orders”, and submit a return request.
No account? Please contact customer service to obtain return authorization.
Repack the Item
Place the item back into its original packaging and ensure it is securely sealed.
Important Notes:
Items from different orders must be packaged separately, each with its corresponding return label;
If returning two items, please ship them separately—do not combine them in one package.
Attach the Return Label
Print and securely attach the return label to the package.
Ship the Package
Drop off the package at the designated courier service point. Be sure to obtain and keep your shipping receipt until the refund is completed.
7. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Actual processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically taking up to 5 additional business days.
8. Friendly Reminders
Always use a trackable shipping method when returning items;
If a return package is lost in transit and no valid tracking number is provided, the return will be considered unreceived and a refund cannot be issued;
We recommend taking photos of the package before shipment for your records.
